The Aalfs Downtown Library houses the Gleeson Room - Seating options available include: (click on each image for a larger view): 

   

Room bookings for the Gleeson Room must be submitted at least 7 days in advance. If you need to book for a sooner date, please call the Downtown Library Circulation Desk at 712-255-2933 ext. 2211.

To Reserve a Meeting Room:

1.)Click on the timeline to choose the beginning time of your meeting.

2.)A drop-down menu will appear below the timeline.

3.)Select the ending time of your meeting from the drop-down menu.

4.)Click on the blue "Submit Times" button to continue filling out your information.
