Register for the ZOOM Link to Sioux City True Crime: Infamous Cases Online
Think violent crime is just a big-city problem or a recent phenomenon? Think again. Sioux City has a long and storied history of crime and murder, stretching all the way back to the late 1800s. Local History Librarian Specialist—and true crime enthusiast—Sarah Enright dives deep into this darker side of our city, using the Sioux City Public Library’s resources: archived newspaper clippings, microfilm, databases, and digital collections.
In this session, Sarah will revisit several of Sioux City’s most infamous cases, weaving together the facts, theories, and mysteries that have captivated residents for generations. Whether you missed her previous talks or simply can’t get enough of true crime, join us for an evening of fascinating local history—and maybe even share your own theories or memories as the stories unfold.
This will be an in-person event at the Aalfs Downtown Library but if you are unable to join us in-person, use the Registration Form below to receive a ZOOM link to your email the evening of the event!
