Mindfulness for Teens In-Person
Grades 6-12
Find more ease and joy in your life with some tools to manage stress, anxiety and bring more compassion and understanding into your day-to-day. Focus on breath, movement and stillness; we will try out some mindful activities including yoga and meditation during this hour-long sesson. Pre-registration required.
**Bring a yoga mat or beach towel.
